Job summary

SingHealth Group Allied Health (GAH) seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Group Chief Allied Health Professional and senior leaders in implementing a strategic leadership programme for Allied Health professionals across SingHealth institutions.

You will handle participant management, curriculum planning, scheduling, and coordination of faculty, speakers, and mentors. Strong communication, planning and analytical skills are essential, with vigilance on budgets and overseas learning journeys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; 2 years of experience recommended.
• Experience in administration and project management is advantageous, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinker with good planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the Allied Health Leadership Programme from participant management to workshop delivery.
• Support curriculum planning, scheduling, and content refinement with faculty, coaches and mentors.
• Oversee procurement, vendor engagement, logistics, and secretariat support for meetings.
• Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and use analytics to evaluate programme effectiveness.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to design overseas learning journeys and partnerships.
