National University Hospital is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager / Manager for the Office of Allied Health & Pharmacy to lead strategic planning, engagement initiatives and change programmes that support growth, sustainability and operational excellence across clinical and support services.

You will coordinate cross‑functional projects, develop stakeholder engagement plans, and supervise staff to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred information and campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, service or business development, project management, stakeholder engagement, communications, marketing or organisational transformation; includes ≥3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

• Lead strategic planning, service growth and project delivery across OAH&P.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and staff communications; develop content for multiple channels.
• Supervise and develop staff; drive capability building and continuous improvement.
