Job summary

SBS Transit Ltd. is seeking a GFR Programme Executive to support governance, funding management, financial monitoring and reporting for the asset renewal programme.

The role serves as the operational backbone of the Governance, Funding & Reporting function within the PMO and involves coordination across multiple stakeholders. The candidate will work on governance administration, funding submissions, cost tracking, and documentation control, ensuring compliance and timely reporting for regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related, engineering, finance or accounting.
• 3–5 years in PMO, project admin, finance, governance or programme support.
• Experience with government-funded or infrastructure projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support governance framework implementation and meet governance standards.
• Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-ups.
• Assist in funding submissions, approvals and utilisation tracking.
• Consolidate cost information and support monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain risk and issue registers and audit documentation.
• Administer document management and records.
• Coordinate information with PMO, project leads and support departments.
