Job summary

You will be the primary interface across multiple engineering groups, drive roadmap planning, and ensure clear visibility for management and stakeholders through structured reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of program management experience in technology.
• Hands-on program management and delivery experience.
• Ability to prepare detailed project timelines and milestones.
• Familiarity with effective roadmap planning and prioritization.
• Strong communication skills to articulate progress and challenges to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• General Program management: manage project timelines, define milestones, track and report progress, identify risks, and resolve impediments.
• Work with cross-functional teams of Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and QA to ensure successful program delivery.
• Be the primary communication interface for complex programs that span across multiple engineering organizations.
• Drive roadmap planning and prioritization processes.
• Facilitate effective communication among management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure aligned goals and clear project visibility.
