Job summary

Based at Changi Business Park, the role is a 12-month contract. You will define delivery plans, secure executive buy-in, and coordinate with auditors, tech and business teams to align priorities and deliver tangible outcomes. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years in tech PM and strong stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in technology program management.
• Proven ability to drive complex multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs to results.
• Ability to summarize technical information for senior business stakeholders.
• Experience influencing stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy/roadmap (SG and regionally).
• Obtain buy-in/approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.
• Foster collaboration across units/teams (including auditors) to align priorities with technology and business teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and that benefits outlined in the business case are realized.
• Lead and provide visibility on milestones via Steering Committee meetings.
