Job summary

ADECCO PERSONNEL PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a seasoned technology program manager to lead delivery across local and regional initiatives. Based at Changi Business Park, the role is a 12-month contract. You will define delivery plans, secure executive buy-in, and coordinate with auditors, tech and business teams to align priorities and deliver tangible outcomes. The ideal candidate has 6-10 years in tech PM and strong stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage programme delivery:
  • a. Define the delivery plan and drive execution per strategy / roadmap (SG and regionally).
  • b. Obtain buy-in / approval from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.
  • c. Foster collaboration with key stakeholders across units/ teams (including auditors) to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business teams for delivery.
  • d. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • e. Ensure that implementation actions and challenges are identified and addressed effectively.
  • f. Ensure quality of deliverables (which includes verification of deliverable outcomes, documentation etc.) to render benefits outlined in the business case for the assigned program
  • g. Responsible for leadership and regulatory updates (e.g. Steering Committee meetings) to provide visibility on project milestones and status to drive key decisions.
• 2. Serve as Secretariat of Tech Executive Committee and Programme Steering Committee
  • a. Develop the agenda, organise meeting cadences, and maintain related documentation (e.g. discussion materials, minutes, etc).
  • b. Support the performance management process by designing and tracking the Technology scorecard.

Job Requirements

• a. 6-10 years' of relevant experience in technology program management.
• b. Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes, driving cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk.
• c. Ability to understand and work at technical-level and summarize communications at strategic and executive level for business stakeholders and senior executives
• d. Strong experience working in cross-functional teams with the ability to influence key stakeholders with data-driven and insightful point of view.
• e. Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making and drive program improvements.
• f. Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environment and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources
