Job summary

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in technology program management.
• Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning processes.
• Ability to summarize communications at executive level for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery plan and drive execution for SG and regional scope.
• Obtain buy-in from senior management and stakeholders for planned execution.
• Foster cross-unit collaboration with auditors to improve alignment and develop joint priorities with technology and business teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure implementation actions and challenges are addressed effectively.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and benefits realization from the business case.
• Lead and update Steering Committee meetings to drive key decisions.
• Secretariat of Tech Executive Committee: organize agenda and documentation.
