Job summary

Dyson Singapore is seeking a Senior Profit Protection Analyst to support the Lead Profit Protection Analyst in evolving data so that all areas of the Total Loss risk profile are reported to the Profit Protection Field team and business stakeholders.

You will expand data understanding and data visualization capabilities across multiple commercial reporting platforms within the Total Loss model, helping to map, track and trend red flags in a real-time environment and to provide actionable business

Qualifications

Strong analytical, statistical and numeracy skills with attention to detail and acute observation and listening skills.
Outstanding IT skills with data platforms and visualization tools.
Good knowledge of Stock Management, CRM systems and Data Mining tools.
Tenacity to track down information and map, track and trend fraud metrics in real time.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to tell stories with data.
Evolve reporting KPIs to keep metrics current and informative.

Responsibilities
