Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a Profit Protection Data & Analytics Manager to lead a data-driven program that detects, predicts and reduces losses across the organisation. You’ll partner with Security, Finance, Retail, Digital and Supply Chain to build analytics frameworks for fraud prevention, shrink reduction, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data analytics, fraud analytics, risk analytics or profit protection.
• Experience managing analytical teams and delivering large-scale data initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Profit Protection data and analytics strategy.
• Lead reporting frameworks measuring loss, fraud, shrinkage, and risk.
• Create dashboards and executive reporting for senior leadership.
• Drive predictive modelling and advanced analytics to identify threats.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and privacy compliance.
• Lead analytics talent and foster knowledge sharing across teams.
• Engage stakeholders across Security, Finance, Retail, Ecommerce, and Supply Chain.
