Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Profit Protection Data & Analytics Manager to lead the development and delivery of data-driven insights across retail, ecommerce, supply chain, and security. The role transforms data into actionable intelligence and builds analytics frameworks to support fraud prevention, shrink reduction, and risk management.

You will manage a team of analysts, partner with global stakeholders, and drive insights that protect revenue, assets, and brand value.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data analytics, BI, fraud analytics, risk analytics, or profit protection.
• Experience managing analytical teams and delivering large-scale data initiatives.
• Strong commercial understanding of retail, ecommerce, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Advanced experience using analytics platforms and visualisation tools.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven insight.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Profit Protection data and analytics strategy.
• Create a roadmap for analytics maturity and predictive modelling.
• Lead reporting frameworks for loss, fraud, shrinkage, and risk.
• Establish KPIs to monitor Profit Protection effectiveness.
• Identify trends and emerging threats using data from multiple sources.
• Deliver strategic insights to improve profitability and reduce losses.
• Develop predictive models for loss events and fraud patterns.
• Lead data governance and data quality across datasets.
