Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Profit Protection Analyst to support the Lead Analyst in maturing our data landscape and reporting on Total Loss risk. You will expand our data understanding and visualisation capabilities across multiple commercial platforms to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Applicants should have strong analytical skills, IT fluency with cloud data environments, and experience in stock management and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills: GCP, Tableau/Looker, Excel/Word/PowerPoint, SQL.
• Knowledge of Stock Management, CRM systems and Data Mining tools.
• Tenacity to map and trend red-flag fraud metrics in real time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to tell stories with data.
• Evolve KPI reporting to keep metrics current, relevant, informative and business-focused.
