Job summary

ResMed in Singapore is hiring a Production Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing activities across the supply chain. You will develop and maintain production schedules based on demand, material availability, and capacity, and partner with demand planning, procurement, and manufacturing to resolve bottlenecks.

You will monitor performance, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time delivery while using ERP systems to release work orders and manage production data.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in production scheduling or planning.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning.
• Hands-on ERP experience to manage work orders and scheduling.
• Experience planning daily/weekly production in manufacturing.
• Ability to evaluate material, machine, and labor availability for schedules.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and maintain production work orders in the ERP system.
• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Validate schedules against material and resource availability.
• Monitor progress and adapt plans to changing priorities.
• Identify bottlenecks and coordinate recovery actions with teams.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Warehouse.
• Review capacity and assess impact of changes, including overtime.
• Optimize sequencing to reduce changeovers and improve efficiency.
• Analyze delayed or at-risk orders and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate planning parameters and master data in ERP.
