Job summary

ResMed Singapore is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing activities to support efficient production. You will maintain and adjust daily and weekly schedules to align with demand and capacity.

You will collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Quality to resolve material shortages, bottlenecks, and delivery risks while optimizing inventory and on‑time delivery using ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in production scheduling, planning, or supply planning.
• Hands‑on ERP experience to create/manage production work orders and inventory transactions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify risks and recovery actions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and maintain production work orders within the ERP system.
• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, material availability, capacity, and priorities.
• Validate production schedules against material, labor, machine, and resource availability.
• Monitor production progress and schedule adherence; adjust plans as priorities or constraints change.
