Job summary

ResMed in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager for Strategic Network Planning to shape an integrated 18-month to five-year capacity view across key manufacturing and supply network nodes. You will translate demand into capacity requirements and drive investment decisions that support sustainable growth.

You will lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial teams, and present outcomes to senior leaders to enable informed, timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in supply chain planning and strategic planning within a complex global environment.
• End-to-end understanding of demand, supply, capacity, inventory and manufacturing planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional, multi-location initiatives from problem definition to qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-range capacity planning with an 18-month to five-year horizon across manufacturing and supply network nodes.
• Translate demand forecasts into capacity requirements, constraints, risks and opportunities.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess impact of demand changes and network constraints.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks and investment needs before they limit growth; propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial to align assumptions and create an integrated view of future capacity needs.
• Establish and improve long-range planning processes and decision cadences that connect strategy with planning activities.
• Lead cross-functional supply chain projects, turning priorities into structured plans and measurable outcomes.
• Present complex analyses as clear insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
