Job summary

ExxonMobil Singapore is seeking a Production Scheduler to oversee end-to-end production scheduling across polymers and packaged products. You will manage raw material feeds, run plans and align with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Business teams to ensure on-time delivery and optimal stock levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead run plan alignment discussions with Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Business.
• Develop and communicate monthly run plans and Month+3 plans.
• Monitor production performance vs. plan and address deviations.
• Interface with other ExxonMobil organizations to coordinate feedstock & raw-material availability.
• Maintain Master Data accuracy in APO / ECC for raw materials planning.
