Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Production Scheduler to join the Supply Chain team. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery and efficient use of resources. The role requires strong ERP experience, material planning, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve bottlenecks and keep production aligned with demand.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP-driven production scheduling and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and mitigation actions.
• Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and maintain production work orders in ERP.
• Develop daily/weekly production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Validate schedules against material, labor, and resource availability.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans with changing priorities.
• Identify shortages or bottlenecks and coordinate recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Quality.
