Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in production scheduling, planning, or related area.
• Experience using ERP systems for production work orders, inventories, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and maintain production work orders within ERP.
• Develop daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, material, capacity, and priorities.
• Validate schedules against material, labor, machine, and resource availability.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as priorities change.
• Identify shortages or bottlenecks and coordinate recovery actions.
• Collaborate with Supply Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, and Demand Planning teams.
• Review capacity and impact of changes, including overtime or extra production needs.
• Optimize sequencing to reduce changeovers and improve efficiency.
• Analyze delayed orders and support corrective actions to restore the plan.
• Maintain planning parameters and master data in ERP and planning systems.
• Communicate schedule changes and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Support the Supply Review process and mitigation planning.
• Monitor capacity requirements and flag constraints.
• Support inventory optimization balancing production needs with demand and targets.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for schedule stability and on-time delivery.
