Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking a production planning specialist to align manufacturing output with demand and targets. You will develop scheduling approaches, establish monthly plans, and analyze capacity and material flow to optimize inventory levels.

The role requires an engineering degree and 2+ years in manufacturing logistics, with strong Excel/VBA skills and knowledge of C++. You will lead or coordinate cross-functional teams and drive improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing logistics, production planning and material-flow processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop production scheduling approaches to align manufacturing output with demand, capacity and targets.
• Establish monthly production and WIP plans to maintain inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
• Assess equipment and process capacity through time studies and material-flow analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve production flow, capacity utilisation, yield and cycle-time performance.
• Coordinate production plans for ingot growth and inter-site deliveries, adjusting schedules based on product mix, capacity and customer requirements.
