Job summary

You will work closely with purchasing and logistics to maintain material flow and coordinate shipments, while monitoring shortages and expediting as needed.

The role requires strong knowledge of BOM, SAP PP, and production planning metrics, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical engineering, business, or supply chain.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production planning.
• Knowledge of work order management and BOM understanding.
• ERP proficiency, preferably SAP PP, with knowledge of supply chain concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of production planners.
• Plans production by releasing work orders and ensuring on-time delivery per customer requirements.
• Collaborates with purchasing and warehouse/logistics to ensure timely receipt and shipments.
• Monitors material shortages and expedites to support the production plan.
• Manages spares planning and ensures timely delivery of spares to the distribution centre.
• Optimizes materials for spares replenishment and minimizes excess/inventory.
