Job summary

KLA is seeking a Production Planner to join the Global Operations team in Singapore. You will plan production, release work orders, and coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and distribution to ensure on-time material availability and shipments.

The role requires SAP PP experience, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in production planning within manufacturing, with ERP proficiency and a focus on minimizing inventory waste while

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Technical Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.
At least 2 years of production planning experience in manufacturing.
Proficient with ERP systems, preferably SAP PP, and able to generate production planning reporting/metrics.

Responsibilities

Plans for production, releases work orders, and ensures on-time deliveries per customer requirements.
Collaborates with purchasing and warehouse/logistics for on-time receipt and delivery of materials and finished goods.
Monitors material shortages, expediting, and ensures material availability to support the production plan.
Manages spare parts planning and ensures timely delivery to distribution centres.
Drives spare parts repair material planning and optimizes materials for spares replenishment.
Minimizes excess and obsolescence inventory and supports process improvements.
