Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Material Planner and MRP specialist to streamline SAP-driven material requirements, coordinate with Purchasing, and ensure on-time material acquisition to keep production running smoothly.

You will plan production scheduling, monitor material flow, and work with Sales, Warehouse, and Store teams to address shortages and delivery issues using ERP data.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with hands-on SAP or similar ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute MRP runs in SAP and collaborate with Purchasing to ensure on-time material acquisition.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize material flow through all stages of the production cycle.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Store teams to ensure material availability and order fulfillment.
• Maintain daily sales/production order listings with updated arrival dates and align with schedules.
• Analyze capacity constraints, resolve material shortages, and address delivery issues using SAP data.
