Job summary

SHIELD AI TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to craft go-to-market strategies, develop compelling product messaging, and drive market positioning for SHIELD’s solutions.

You will work closely with internal teams and adopt a hands-on mindset to produce effective online and offline marketing assets, sales tools, and content. The role requires 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, with strong writing, planning, and execution skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5 years of product marketing experience; B2B SaaS experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to create high-quality marketing content with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, with sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Performance-driven mindset with adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel internationally for company events and industry engagements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive product marketing plan from concept to launch, covering opportunity identification, value propositions, positioning, content, and launch execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Go-To-Market support by creating sales enablement and marketing materials such as presentations, product descriptions, battlecards, and customer stories.
• Serve as the primary liaison between marketing and product teams to ensure the roadmap and launches are communicated effectively to the market.
• Lead customer engagement and generate thought leadership content at trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with internal and global teams on market positioning by aligning core messaging and regional localization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to differentiate SHIELD’s product offerings.
• Be the topic expert for website content, ensuring product information is current and accurate.
• Write thought leadership content such as case studies, press releases, and blog posts for online channels.
