You'll handle inventory tracking, purchase orders, and cost analysis, while ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. A CPSM certification and a Diploma in Supply Chain are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• CPSM certification is preferred.
• Diploma in Supply Chain is preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze spend data using MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers: Identify and evaluate potential vendors for quality and cost.
• Negotiate contracts: Secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for key suppliers.
• Track inventory: Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Process orders: Create, approve, and track purchase orders through completion.
• Analyze costs: Review spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance: Guarantee all purchasing aligns with legal and company policies.
• Resolve disputes: Address delivery delays, damaged goods, or billing discrepancies.
