Job summary

KCB CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to manage sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality.

You will develop supplier relationships, maintain documentation, and support business operations across residential, commercial, and civil projects.

This role requires the ability to work independently with initiative while collaborating effectively with colleagues to align purchasing activities with project needs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ERP System, MS Excel and MS Word to manage procurement data and documentation.
• Ability to work independently with initiative to drive procurement tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and effective teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and manage sourcing by liaising and negotiating with suppliers on pricing, quality, and documentation
• Coordinate with local suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to align purchase activities with operational needs
• Identify and develop new supply sources to address vendor inadequacies and support sourcing requirements
• Lead the development and management of new and existing suppliers to meet current and future sourcing demands
• Establish and maintain organized filing systems and accurate documentation for procurement records
• Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks to support procurement operations
• Execute additional duties as assigned by supervisors
