KEI & WAH ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to manage quotations, PRs and POs, and to source raw materials aligned with production needs.

You will verify deliveries, process supplier invoices, and negotiate terms to minimise costs while maintaining quality and compliance with procurement policies.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of procurement experience in manufacturing, with strong MS Office skills and vendor management capabilities.

Qualificações

• Tertiary education in any discipline; Engineering or Supply Chain preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
• Good negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain quotations, Process purchase requisitions (PRs) and Issue purchase orders (POs) to suppliers accurately and on time.
• Source and purchase raw materials (direct/indirect) for the factory in line with production schedules, stock levels and quality requirements.
• Issue order acknowledgements to suppliers confirming quantity, specification, lead time and delivery date.
• Key in supplier invoices into the system, checking against the purchase order and delivery order (DO), verifying delivery timing, and expediting outstanding orders.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery conditions to optimise cost.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, agreements, price lists and vendor master data.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
