Job summary

PENG CHUAN ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to source and evaluate suppliers, manage end-to-end procurement, and negotiate favorable terms for construction projects in Singapore.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams to forecast supply needs, ensure compliance with procurement policies and legal regulations, and maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance while supporting cost control efforts.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

• Manage procurement processes from requisition to purchase order issuance.
