Job summary

The Singapore Mint, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sembcorp Industries, seeks a procurement and logistics professional to manage end-to-end processes in Singapore. You will oversee requisitions, sourcing, vendor evaluation, purchase orders, and logistics with ERP-based workflows.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; exposure to ERP implementation, migration, or transformation projects is preferred.
• Experience with QAD ERP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including requisition review, sourcing, quotation analysis, vendor evaluation, PO processing and delivery follow-through.
• Coordinate inbound, outbound, and inter-site logistics activities to support reliable material flow and service levels.
• Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, lead time, responsiveness, and compliance; support corrective actions and supplier development.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, planning, quality and project teams to align procurement priorities and fulfilment timelines.
• Support inventory governance by tracking stock movements, replenishment needs, ageing items and exceptions.
• Participate in ERP process reviews, master data validation, testing, issue resolution, training support and data migration.
• Prepare and analyse procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier performance reports to support decisions and cost management.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, standardisation, automation, and cross-functional service.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, audit requirements, regulations and documented procedures.
• Support business continuity by managing supply risks and communicating potential disruptions.
