The Singapore Mint is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant to support operations, inventory accuracy, and logistics coordination at our Singapore facility. You will handle receiving, storage, picking, packing, and records in warehouse systems.

Ideal candidates have 2 years in warehouse/logistics, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a hands-on environment while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• NITEC or higher diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in warehouse/logistics roles is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming goods against documents.
• Store inventory accurately and prepare items for delivery.
• Process inventory transactions and monitor levels.
• Coordinate deliveries, collections and shipment schedules.
• Maintain documentation and support stock verification exercises.
• Support initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency and service levels.
