The ideal candidate has 5+ years in procurement, expertise in contract negotiation, spend analysis, and ERP/e-procurement tools, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain experience.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, contract negotiation, cost analysis, and category sourcing.
• Experience with ERP systems, e-procurement platforms, sourcing tools, and procurement databases.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals, consumables, machinery, equipment, safety data sheets, and related requirements is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with spend data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing requirements to issuing and closing purchase orders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approvals, budgets, and audit standards.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and value.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, rebates, and contracts with local and international suppliers.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and drive performance improvements through reviews and audits.
• Maintain vendor lists, price records, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Monitor inventory, demand trends, and lead times to prevent shortages and overstocking.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and project teams to understand purchasing needs and support business objectives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Perform other procurement-related duties as required.
