Job summary

Super Bean International Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Executive / Senior Procurement Executive to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier evaluation, sourcing, and cost savings across local and overseas suppliers. The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and QA collaboration to support business growth.

You will work closely with R&D, Operations, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, compliance, and accurate documentation while driving efficiency and value across

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics or related field.
• Experience in end-to-end procurement and supplier management.
• Strong sourcing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of supplier evaluation and commercial terms.
• Experience in food industry or F&B support is preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export, logistics, and customs processes is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with procurement systems.
• Navision experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source products, materials, equipment, and packaging from local and overseas suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, MOQ, lead time, and other commercial terms.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers.
• Maintain procurement records and supplier information.
• Prepare procurement reports and cost savings.
• Support QA to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance.
