Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Strategic Sourcing to drive supplier selection, contract management and cost-saving initiatives from Singapore HQ.

The role supports the Procurement team across food solutions, gate services, and related business units, focusing on category strategy, analytics and internal controls. Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Certifications in Project Management or CIPS will be advantageous.
• Minimum 4 years of strategic sourcing or procurement experience, preferably in FMCG, Hospitality, Retail, or Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Sourcing Manager to deliver sourcing initiatives across food related categories using CPM, Category Management and 7-step sourcing.
• Accountable for sourcing and operational knowledge in defined categories with early BU alignment in 7SSP (Business Planning), analysis, sourcing, contracting.
• Strong negotiation skills and contract management delivery.
• Ensure monthly reporting through CPM Tracker.
• Communicate with procurement colleagues and business stakeholders across BUs/functions.
• Drive supplier risk management, SRM, and internal controls within Global Procurement.
• Support budget planning and collaboration with Finance and Marketing to enable 7SSP for each category.
• Deliver analytics within key categories and validate buying requirements with business owners.
