Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee global commodity management, drive cost savings and strengthen supplier relationships across regions including Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, and China.

You will lead supplier qualification, contract management and performance monitoring using QLTC methodology, define TCO per module, and coordinate cross-functional sourcing initiatives with R&D, Operations and Product teams to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Engineering and / or commercial education.
• 5–10 years in international technology companies.
• Supplier qualification, auditing and corrective action processes.
• Strong analytical and contracting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Commodity management for technology competence area globally.
• Define Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) per module and build business cases.
• Coordinate sourcing projects with R&D, Operations, Product and regions (Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, China).
• Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers with support from VP Strategic Supply Management.
