You will lead procurement activities for projects and corporate needs, manage tenders and contracts, monitor budgets, timelines, and reporting, while coordinating stakeholder and vendor engagements in a fast-paced public-sector environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contracts, and admin support.
• Familiar with government procurement policies and governance.
• Strong numerical skills and detail-oriented documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute procurement activities for projects and corporate needs.
• Manage contracts, including tender preparation, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
• Support budget tracking, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Maintain records, databases, and documentation for programmes, grants, partnerships, procurements and contracts.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and compliance with milestones.
• Analyse programme and project data to support planning and management reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for senior management.
• Oversee office operations and document management with governance adherence.
• Support stakeholder and vendor engagements, including preparation of correspondence.
