Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced procurement professional to provide advisory support for end-to-end procurement activities, including tenders valued up to $1 million and direct contracts, across the procurement lifecycle.

The role involves coordinating with MOF GeBIZ X processes, engaging Finance and Legal teams to strengthen governance, and driving supplier relationship and risk-management initiatives to improve contract outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory role for end-to-end procurement activities, from sourcing through contract award, for tenders up to $1 million.
• Provide advisory role for end-to-end procurement activities for Direct Contracts of any value, from evaluation through contract award.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing clear, practical procurement guidance throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Review procurement strategies, tender evaluation outcomes, and award recommendations prior to seeking approval.
• Identify procurement and contract-related risks, establish key risk indicators, and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Uphold transparency, accountability, and sound governance across all procurement activities.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships to gain market intelligence, industry insights, and best practices.
• Analyse critical contract performance risks and implement proactive measures to strengthen contract outcomes and service delivery.
