Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is recruiting a Procurement & Contract Management Officer to operate within CID, based at New Bridge Road, Singapore. The role covers end-to-end procurement and central contract monitoring to ensure compliance with policies and effective contract management.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, familiarity with finance and procurement processes, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken communication skills to support day-to-day correspondence and liaise effectively with CID officers and relevant staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for day-to-day administrative work.
• Knowledge of finance and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the end-to-end process for all procurement requests in CID.
• Liaise with CID officers and staff authorities on all procurement requests to ensure alignment to objective and timeline.
• Central monitoring of all contracts in CID to ensure contract management discipline is exercised, and all prevailing procurement and payment rules are complied with.
