Direct Search Global in Singapore is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end purchasing for workshop, service, logistics and operations.

You will source materials, evaluate supplier quotes, negotiate where appropriate, and ensure timely PO issuance and delivery follow-up. Fresh graduates welcome; 1–3 years procurement experience preferred. Strong Excel skills and ERP familiarity help coordinate with Sales, Finance and Warehouse.

Formación

• Diploma or Bachelor's in related discipline; fresh grads welcome.
• 1–3 years procurement/purchasing experience preferred.
• Marine/offshore/engineering experience beneficial but not required.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Eager to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced team.

Responsabilidades

• Manage procurement from sourcing to PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
• Source materials, parts, equipment and services for workshop, service, logistics and operations.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and negotiate pricing where appropriate.
• Monitor POs and coordinate with suppliers to resolve delivery, quality or commercial issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and support onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Service, Workshop, Warehouse and Finance to meet procurement needs.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, approval processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation in the ERP system.
• Support procurement reporting, inventory coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.
