Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement working experience & in a managerial or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support, advice and training on procurement policy, procedures, and system.
• Identify potential procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and propose updates for Procurement SOPs and e-Procurement System.
• Establish and maintain list of approved vendors and aggregate contracts across sites.
• Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead contract negotiation and supplier management to ensure quality and value for money.
• Manage procurement budget and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure documentation of all procurement activities for audits.
• Lead the procurement team and set goals and performance metrics.
