Responsibilities

• Liaise between the department and Finance, Compliance, and IT.
• Review, enhance, and implement policies, SOPs, and control procedures to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Analyze workflows and procedures, identify inefficiencies, propose enhancements, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, track progress, manage timelines, and ensure smooth rollout of new processes.
• Build strong working relationships, facilitate discussions to resolve operational issues, and escalate critical matters with recommendations to management.
• Ad-hoc assignments as required.
