Resorts World Sentosa seeks a senior tax leader to oversee the Group's tax compliance, advisory, planning and risk management in Singapore. You will direct timely filings for direct and indirect taxes, coordinate transfer pricing documentation, and supervise month-end/year-end tax provisions and audits.

Leading a team and partnering with business units, you will monitor tax legislation, engage external advisors, and drive improvements across governance and controls to support strategic decisions

Formación

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Around 10 years of relevant experience in tax, with a mix of Big 4 and in-house corporate roles.
• Self-driven with strong ownership, agency, and resilience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and analytical skills with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Confident in presenting to senior management and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee preparation and timely filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (e.g., corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax).
• Oversee preparation of transfer pricing documentation, Country-by-Country Reporting and Global Minimum Tax submissions.
• Lead the tax reporting process for month-end and year-end close, including tax provisions and deferred tax calculations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities; act as the primary liaison.
• Maintain robust tax controls and documentation to ensure audit-ready compliance.
• Monitor tax legislation changes and assess impacts to the business.
• Provide tax advisory support to cross-functional teams on commercial contracts, business transactions, projects, etc.
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors, auditors, and relevant authorities.
