Resorts World Sentosa is seeking a capable Business Operations Coordinator to support the Business Development team by coordinating operational requests and driving process improvements across departments.

You will partner with Finance, Compliance, Legal, IT and other functions to streamline workflows, implement policy updates, and track action items in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong organisational skills and effective stakeholder management.

Formación

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in business operations, compliance, or project coordination.
• Highly organised, resourceful and with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate operational requests and process-related matters for the Business Development team.
• Partner with Finance, Credit, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and IT to facilitate seamless workflows.
• Ensure updates on regulatory and policy-related matters are communicated and implemented across departments.
• Assist in reviewing, enhancing, and implementing policies, SOPs, and control procedures.
• Support resolution of operational issues and track outstanding action items.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and support workflow enhancements.
• Organize meetings, manage project timelines, and follow up on improvement initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure proper documentation of updates.
• Monitor implementation progress and maintain accurate project records.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare presentation materials, meeting minutes, and management summaries.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
