Job summary

Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore seeks a seasoned Technology Solutions Lead for smart resort initiatives. You will drive the implementation and integration of robotics, IoT, and video analytics in a 24/7 environment, ensuring reliability and optimal guest experiences.

You'll coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and operations, maintain documentation, monitor system performance, handle incidents and continuous improvement, and guide staff through new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in video analytics, surveillance, or related tech in 24/7 environments.
• Experience delivering end-to-end solutions from PoC to production rollout and support.
• Experience working with vendors, system integrators, IT teams, and stakeholders in critical tech environments.
• Certifications in AI, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, data analytics, or video surveillance are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and integration of smart resort technologies (robotics, IoT).
• Maintain and update smart systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Respond to incidents affecting smart systems and guest services.
• Troubleshoot to minimize downtime across camera, network, server, and analytics layers.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
• Generate reports on system performance and improvements.
• Provide training and create user guides for staff.
