Job summary

Entegris Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Director, Margin Expansion and Profitability to establish and lead enterprise pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and execution across products, customers, markets, and regions.

This leader will partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders in Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and Information Technology to translate market, customer, competitive, and cost insights into actionable pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, product management, revenue management, or sales operations with leadership responsibility.
• Proven success designing and implementing pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and transformation initiatives in a complex B2B environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams and influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Advanced financial modeling, data interpretation, and business case development; proficiency with Excel, BI tools, SAP strongly preferred.
• Willingness to operate across time zones and travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year pricing strategy aligned with enterprise growth, market positioning, customer value, and profitability objectives.
• Serve as the senior pricing advisor to executive and business leaders, providing fact-based recommendations on price, volume, mix, portfolio, contracts, and margin tradeoffs.
• Establish division pricing governance, decision rights, approval thresholds, policies, controls, and performance standards.
• Lead value-based pricing, segmentation, lifecycle pricing, new-product pricing, price planning, discount management, and margin recovery.
• Direct advanced pricing analytics, scenario modeling, elasticity assessment, and competitive intelligence.
• Partner with Sales and Business leaders on negotiations, deal structures, and commercial programs while balancing customer value and profitability.
• Own the pricing transformation roadmap, including process redesign, data quality, system enablement, and SAP integration.
• Develop executive dashboards and operating reviews to measure price realization and margin expansion.
