Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, product management, revenue management, or related discipline.
• Proven success designing and implementing pricing strategy, governance, analytics, and transformation initiatives in a complex B2B environment.
• Experience leading and developing teams and influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Define and execute a multi-year pricing strategy aligned with growth, value, and profitability objectives.
• Serve as senior pricing advisor to executives, offering data-driven recommendations on price, volume, mix, and margins.
• Establish pricing governance, policies, thresholds, and performance standards across the portfolio.
• Lead value-based pricing, segmentation, lifecycle pricing, and annual price planning.
• Direct advanced pricing analytics, scenario modeling, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Business leaders on negotiations and commercial programs balancing value and profitability.
• Own pricing transformation roadmap, including data quality, system enablement, and SAP integration.
