Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Senior Manager, Pricing Excellence to lead the pricing capability across the AME region from Singapore. You will drive sustainable margin expansion through analytics, governance, deal support, and capability building, partnering with sales, product, finance, and operations.

You will establish pricing guardrails, DOA structures, and regional review forums, while building pricing maturity and influencing leadership across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in industrial or B2B environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success in pricing initiatives and margin improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy regional pricing frameworks, policies, and governance.
• Build pricing dashboards and analytics to improve decisions.
• Support large, strategic deal reviews and profitability assessments.
• Define and track pricing KPIs and ensure governance adherence.
• Lead pricing excellence training and cross-functional initiatives.
