Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Solutions Architect specializing in pre-sales, tenders and bids to design end-to-end business and technical solutions across application, system, infra, and hardware.

You will map client requirements, craft architectures, write proposals, and support sales with demos and proofs-of-concept. The role requires 8+ years in enterprise architecture and hands-on AWS/IoT experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in enterprise and solution architecture consulting.
• Strong experience in designing end-to-end solutions covering application, system, infrastructure, and hardware-integrated environments.
• Exposure to kiosks, self-service terminals, biometric devices, RFID readers, cameras, IoT, or other integrated end devices is a plus.
• Professional experience with n-tier application architecture development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for detailed and big-picture work.
• Experience with AWS Cloud implementation, network design, security, and biometrics is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, XML, SOAP, and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Develop project technology strategy by understanding client objectives and mapping requirements.
• Design end-to-end integrated solutions across application, system, infra, and hardware components.
• Prepare and deliver business value solutions, including proposals and PoCs when needed.
• Propose technical solutions and oversee technology selection and resource estimation.
• Articulate cost, benefit, and risk for multiple options.
• Highlight how solutions meet customer goals and drive value.
• Manage client relationships by communicating standards and resolving concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and integration.
