Job summary

PERSOL is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Consultant in Singapore to design end-to-end solutions across app, system, infra and hardware. You will engage with clients, craft business value proposals, and guide technology selections. Strong communication and 8+ years of relevant experience are essential for this role.

Your work will span AWS, IoT, biometrics, and large-scale integration with cross-functional teams, contributing to sales efforts and long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience in enterprise and solution architecture consulting.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions across application, system, infrastructure, and hardware.
• Exposure to kiosks, self-service terminals, biometric devices, RFID readers, cameras, IoT, or other integrated end devices is a plus.
• Professional experience with n-tier architecture development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for detailed and high-level thinking.
• Experience with AWS Cloud, network design, security, and analytics is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Web Development, SQL Server, XML, SOAP, Web Services, Exchange, and AWS products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project technology strategy by understanding client objectives; diagnosing and mapping requirements; outlining risks and costs.
• Design end-to-end integrated solutions covering application, system, infra, and hardware.
• Prepare and deliver business value solutions including proposals, presentations, and POCs.
• Propose technical solutions and oversee technology selection and resource estimation.
• Articulate alternatives in cost, benefit, and risk for multiple options.
• Highlight how proposed solutions meet customer business goals.
• Manage customer relationships by communicating architecture standards and resolving concerns.
• Work with internal engineering, infrastructure, and hardware teams for feasibility and integration.
• Participate in business development: identify opportunities, generate proposals, support sales.
• Increase effectiveness by leveraging solutions across engagements.
• Track emerging technologies and assess applicability to goals.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned.
