• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, tendering for projects, expanding the portfolio.
• Lead headquarter support team and on-site managers to improve operational efficiency across properties.
• Chair Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and oversee their smooth execution.
• Strategically allocate manpower and resources to meet changing business demands and maintain high performance.
