Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a policy and programmes professional to shape manpower strategies for the financial sector. You will analyse workforce data, engage industry partners, and translate strategies into concrete initiatives with funding schemes and sector-wide interventions.

You will work with MAS and IBF to understand workforce needs, drive industry participation, and communicate key manpower messages through targeted outreach and programme roll-outs.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to synthesize workforce data and industry insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders across organisations.
• Experience in developing and executing policy or programme initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop manpower strategies and policies for the financial sector, drawing on workforce data, research and engagement with industry and other key stakeholders to identify emerging needs, trends and priorities.
• Develop programmes and initiatives to translate these strategies and policies into action, including funding schemes and sector-wide interventions, and contribute to economy-wide workforce initiatives.
• Engage financial institutions and key partners to understand workforce needs, trends, challenges and priorities, working with IBF and MAS on solutions and participation.
• Shape communications and stakeholder engagement on local financial sector workforce issues, including outreach and roll‑out of new programmes and initiatives.
