Job summary

The Land Transport Authority is seeking to join the TDE team to help develop manpower strategies and policies for Singapore's financial sector. You will work with industry partners and government agencies to translate workforce research into targeted interventions and leadership-ready programmes.

You will collaborate with IBF and MAS to understand industry needs, shape communications, and drive sector-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop manpower strategies and policies for the financial sector drawing on workforce data, research and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop programmes and initiatives to translate strategies into action, including funding schemes and sector-wide interventions.
• Engage financial institutions and partners to understand workforce needs, trends and priorities, working with IBF and MAS.
• Shape communications and stakeholder engagement to amplify manpower messages and support rollout of new programmes and initiatives.
