Job summary

• A good degree, preferably in economics, real estate and/or social sciences.
• Able to grasp concepts and synthesize different pieces of information quickly.
• Comfortable with numbers and familiar with data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review policies governing the sale and purchase of public housing as well as allocation of new flats.
• Use data-driven studies to analyse the impact of proposed policy solutions.
• Collaborate with operational departments and MND and communications on policy implementation and announcements.
• Potential rotation into Customer Relations Manager and frontline roles, including case processing and stakeholder engagement.
